Chem-Dry of Blackfoot & Pocatello

Did a really great job. Stubborn spots are gone! A little pricey compared to Freeman Carpet cleaning that we used before. But otherwise very happy with it.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the amazing job that Clifford did on our carpets today! I didn't think that the huge (and strange) stain would ever come out in the master bedroom that was there when we bought the house a year and a half ago!! Clifford was friendly, professional, punctual, and took the time to explain our options and what to expect on the day of the carpet cleaning. Whenever we need carpet cleaning in the future, Chem-Dry will be our ONLY choice! In fact, the carpet looks so good that we're NOT going to be replacing it with wood flooring.

I called Chem-Dry on the recommendation of a good friend. I was not disappointed. Everything went like clockwork. Clifford answered all my questions and arrived on time. I was amazed at how great my carpeting looked after cleaning especially since there was a terrible stain to deal with. I will use this company again and would encourage others to do so.

We had some flooding in our downstairs. It was muddy water from a hard rain. We were very pleased with there quality of their work. We would highly recommend them.

We have used Chen Dry for years. He does a great job. He is very thorough and professional. Will definitely call next time I need carpets cleaned.
